Refund and return policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Health protection category: Return of goods hygiene category: return a product only if it is in its original sealed packaging and transported at your expense. No feedback on disposable hygienic masks and protective visors.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has been used or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t yet received a refund, first check your bank account, credit card or Stripe account again.

Then contact your credit card company, bank or Stripe provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Products on sale, promotion

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {[email protected]}.

Shipping & returns

To return your product, you must first write to us at [email protected]. We will send you the return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
